“La Maison Florie” – (named after the late grandmother of the owners) is situated in the beautiful and very famous town of La Côte-St-André is situated in the Bièvre-Liers valley and is the birthplace of the famous composer Hector Berloiz and the home town of the artist Jongkind.
This wonderful family home was built by its English owners and completed in 2005. It is situated in a very quiet rural estate with 6 other large homes with plenty of space in between. The house looks out to the south over the valley with the Vercors and Chartreuse mountains in the distance and less than 1 hr drive to the cities of Grenoble or Lyon. It is a very well equipped house with all the modern amenities you would expect and has a vast 1500 m2 of outdoor space which includes at large 10x5m heated swimming pool, slate bed 8×4 pool table, table tennis table, basketball hoop, trampoline, football net, badminton net, bikes and boules court.
